Implicaciones del uso de las TIC en la praxis docente durante la pandemia COVID-19: Revisión Sistemática

Abstract

Debido al COVID-19, de forma súbita e improvisada en muchos países, se obligó a impartir clases de manera on-line debido al resguardo impuesto por los gobiernos. El objetivo del estudio fue analizar las implicaciones del uso de las TIC en la praxis docente durante la pandemia. Se realizó una revisión sistemática, utilizando el método PRISMA. La búsqueda se efectuó desde el 2019 hasta 2023, en idioma español, en las bases: Web of Science, Scielo y Scopus, seleccionándose 20 artículos. Para los criterios de inclusión se consideraron solo los estudios que trataran información en referencia a las variables y cumplieran con el objetivo planteado. Las investigaciones analizadas concuerdan en que es necesario una disposición positiva ante el uso de las TIC. El cambio a la virtualidad generó efectos negativos y positivos en los docentes, que repercutieron en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje.

The lockdown generated by the health emergency resulting from COVID-19 caused the closure of schools and, as an immediate measure, it was decided to migrate to distance education. The aim of the study was to analyze the information and communication techniques implemented in remote education and their role in achieving educational quality. A systematic review of research in the SciELO, EBSCO, Scopus, Dialnet and Redalyc databases was carried out, with the variables "Information and Communication Techniques", "Remote education", using the AND OR braces. The inclusion criteria were publications between 2018 - 2023, structured with an abstract, introduction, results and conclusions, excluding duplicate articles and those that were not related to the topic, resulting in 10 studies for analysis. It is concluded that this new way of teaching has made it possible to identify the transcendence of virtual tools to generate learning, rethinking educational work.
