Las estrategias instruccionales en la enseñanza y la formación del Contador

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo aportar elementos de análisis para comprender el uso de las estrategias instruccionales en la formación inicial del contador, que sirvan de base para futuras investigaciones sobre el tema. Para este fin se realizó una revisión y análisis de la literatura, desarrollando una investigación documental de tipo descriptivo. Las conclusiones principales son, que es latente la preocupación por conocer los factores que deberían considerarse para el diseño instruccional con la finalidad de acercar el conocimiento contable al alumno. Como factores importantes que atañen directamente al docente, se encontraron: promover el desarrollo de los procesos cognitivos de los estudiantes, guiando la intervención y cuidando las características individuales de los alumnos, haciendo uso de las estrategias instruccionales.

The objective of this work is to provide elements of analysis to understand the use of instructional strategies in the initial training of the accountant, which serve as the basis for future research on the subject. For this purpose, a review and analysis of the literature was carried out, developing a descriptive documentare research. The main conclusions are that there is a latent concern to know the factors that should be considered for the instructional design in order to bring the accounting knowledge to the student. As important factors that directly affect the teacher, were found: promote the development of the cognitive processes of the students, guiding the intervention and taking care of the individual characteristics of the students, making use of the instructional strategies.
