dc.description.abstractA bryophyte inventory of Alarachi Natural Reserve in the Province of Acre, Department of Tarija, Bolivia, recorded 154 species distributed among l01 genera and 51 families; for hepatics 35 species, 19 genera, 13 families, and mosses 119 species, 82 genera, 38 families. This study represents the first bryological inventory for southern Bolivia, and provides the first representative subset of bryophytes for the Tucuman-Bolivian montane forest.
