Gestión de procesos internos para manejo ambiental en planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales

Abstract
Hoy en día en la mayoría de países, las aguas residuales se gestionan de manera deficiente puesto que estas aguas son vertidas directamente en el medio ambiente sin un tratamiento adecuado. Por ello, está investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar un modelo de gestión de procesos internos que contribuya al fortalecimiento del manejo ambiental en la Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales en la ciudad de Jaén, 2021. Para ello se hizo uso del enfoque cuantitativo y fue de tipo descriptiva propositiva, las técnicas utilizadas fueron la encuesta y la analítica, la primera tuvo como instrumento el cuestionario y la segunda el diagnóstico de laboratorio. Se trabajó con una muestra de 26 trabajadores. Los resultados arribados fueron que los trabajadores expresan estar en desacuerdo (61,5%) con la gestión de los procesos internos, neutral (30,8%) y muy en desacuerdo (7.7%). Por otro lado, los parámetros en las estaciones del efluente en la planta de tratamiento nueva 01 presenta concentraciones que cumplen con los límites establecidos. Sin embargo, el valor de Numeración de Coliformes Fecales o Termotolerantes en la estación del efluente antiguo 01 se encuentra fuera del límite establecido. Finalmente se concluyó que el diseño de un modelo de gestión de procesos internos contribuye al fortalecimiento del manejo ambiental en la planta de tratamiento.
Nowadays, in most countries, wastewater is poorly managed because it is discharged directly into the environment without adequate treatment. Therefore, the objective of this research was to design an internal process management model that contributes to the strengthening of environmental management in the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the city of Jaén, 2021. For this purpose, the quantitative approach was used and it was descriptive and propositive, the techniques used were the survey and the analytical, the first one had as an instrument the questionnaire and the second one the laboratory diagnosis. We worked with a sample of 26 workers. The results were that the workers expressed disagreement (61.5%) with the management of internal processes, neutral (30.8%) and very much in disagreement (7.7%). On the other hand, the parameters in the effluent stations at the new treatment plant 01 present concentrations that comply with the established limits. However, the value of Fecal Coliform or Thermotolerant Coliforms in the old effluent station 01 is outside the established limit. Finally, it was concluded that the design of an internal process management model contributes to strengthening environmental management at the treatment plant.
