RESUMEN: El TEDH analiza, por primera vez, a través de esta sentencia, la libertad de expresión de los diplomáticos. Su importancia radica en que ampara la restricción de dicha libertad con el fin de garantizar el deber de neutralidad política del Estado
ABSTRACT: For the first time, the ECHR analyzes, through this judgment, the freedom of expression of diplomats. It is important because the Court accepts the restriction of that freedom in order to guarantee the duty of political neutrality of the State.
