dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study was to propose the curricular redesign of the “San Agustín” Law degree, through competency-based training, in response to the demands, social needs and expectations of professional training, in correspondence with the development of legal sciences. from the Technical University of Oruro, Bolivia. The type of research was descriptive-exploratory and propositional, with a non-experimental and transactional design. The results indicated that 52% of those surveyed endorse the current curriculum as excellent and good. It is concluded that the curricular redesign of the study plan, of the Law degree, is achieved through competency-based training, based on the study and analysis of the “quality” element in the graduates, to identify the difficulties and problems that they face, contrasting them with the study profile, in order to determine that the current study plan does not meet the current challenges.
