Abstract

Se analiza las causas de los problemas del Sistema de Salud, la falta de reformas estructurales, la no formulación de Políticas Públicas de Estado en Salud, la aplicación de la Gestión del Conocimiento, motivación y el cambio de mentalidad de los que gobiernan, profesionales y trabajadores en salud.The causes of the problems of the health system are analyzed, the lack of structural reforms, the non-formulation of State Public Policies in Health, the application of Knowledge Management, motivation and the change of mentality of those who govern, professionals and health workers.
