Abstract
Este artículo analiza la normativa española sobre el procedimiento de ejecución hipotecaria en casos en que existen cláusulas que podrían considerarse abusivas, y cómo la Sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea de 14 de marzo de 2003 ha influido en dicho procedimiento, así como en la modificación de la normativa que lo regula.
