Abstract

El ensayo es el resultado de una revision documental que pretende aclarar, desde un punto de vista conceptual, las funciones del psicologo en las comunidades, distinguiendo aspectos importantes sobre el desarrollo de estrategias de intervencion; lo que posibilita al psicologo a generar diferentes lineas de accion, precisas y especializadas que otorguen a los actores del sector educativo la oportunidad de llevar al exito los proyectos academicos de los aprendices. Se concluye que el rol del psicologo se posiciona como un factor de influencia socio-comunitario y efecto en formulacion de politicas publicas que mejoren la probabilidad de atender las necesidades educativas y resolucion de problematicas sociales; por ende, el psicologo debe enfocar sus esfuerzos en propiciar los medios para manejar condiciones adversas como: el estres, las frustraciones y ambientes cargados de hostilidad, situaciones conflictivas que por su elevado nivel de recurrencia aquejan al hombre en la actualidad; estos medios refieren al autodominio, la educacion emocional, la comunicacion simetrica y la resolucion pacifica de conflictos. This essay is the result of a documentary review that attempts to clarify the functions of the psychologist in the community from a conceptual viewpoint, the functions of the psychologist in the community, distinguishing important aspects on the development of strategies and intervention; what enables the psychologist to generate different lines of action, precise and specialized entitling stakeholders in the education sector and community the opportunity to lead to success the academic projects of learners. It is concluded that the role of the psychologist is positioned as a factor of influence and impact on public policies to improve the likelihood of meeting the educational needs and resolution of social problems; Thus, the role of the psychologist focus in propitiate the tools in order to survive in adverse conditions, stress, frustrating and hostile environments, conflicting situations that because of their high level of recurrence afflict the human being at present; these media refer to self-control, emotional education, symmetrical communication, and peaceful conflict resolution.
