Decidiendo ser felices

Abstract

Este es un artículo de reflexión dirigido a 80 señoras, de un Club de La Ciudad de La Paz, (que) pretende demostrar que ser feliz es posible. Al decidir ser felices se activan una serie de funciones mentales que luego dan origen a las acciones orientadas a alcanzar la felicidad. Las decisiones como funciones corticales superiores en el ser humano, son la antesala de la acción. El artículo, presenta resultados de investigaciones para justificar que el ser humano, como criatura diseñada por Dios tiene el espíritu para ser feliz. Las citas bíblicas utilizadas en el artículo, enlazan la "ciencia con la fe" para sustentar que la felicidad es un proceso interior, que se imita, se enseña, que se aprende o se reaprende.

This is a reflexión article addressed to 80 ladies of a club in La Paz City and pretends to demonstrate that being happy is possible. When deciding being happy a series of mental functions are activated which then give rise targeted actions aimed at achieving happiness. Decisions as higher cortical functions in the human being are the anteroom of the action. The article presents investigation results to justify that the human being as God's designed criature has the spirit to be happy. The biblical quote used in the article links "science and faith" to sustain that happiness is an internal process which is imitated, taught, learned and relearned.
