A literature review has been made to describe common aspects and differences among studies in subjective psychological well-being (RPWB) that could be of interest for psychoeducational research studies. Elements and RPWB determining factors are considered with special emphasis on the Multidimensional Model of Psychological Well-being proposed by Carol Ryff (1989). Finally, some procedures and easy-to-apply materials are suggested. As a conclusion, the RPWB is an indicator of individual/group mental health which can be learnt consciously for daily life.
