Incidencia de la gestión directiva en la calidad educativa en tiempos de pandemia por el COVID-19

Abstract

En el mes de marzo del año 2020 el gobierno peruano declaró la emergencia sanitaria por el COVID-19, estableciéndose el confinamiento obligatorio o cuarentena, por esta razón, se implementó la educación virtual, a distancia o remota. Este contexto, exigió que desde la gestión directiva se implementaran acciones convocando a todos los actores de la comunidad educativa para garantizar la continuidad del servicio educativo, Se formuló como objetivo, explicar la incidencia de la gestión directiva en la calidad educativa en tiempos de pandemia por el COVID-19. El método empleado fue el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, se construyeron dos instrumentos en la escala de Likert, con 22 ítems. cada uno, los cuales fueron aplicados a una muestra de 84 directores, pertenecientes a escuelas de gestión privada. De acuerdo a los resultados del procesamiento estadístico de Naglkerke, empleando la regresión logística; comprobándose las hipótesis formuladas, permitió concluir que, existió incidencia de la gestión directiva en tiempos de pandemia por el COVID-19.In March 2020, the Peruvian government declared a health emergency due to COVID-19, establishing mandatory confinement or quarantine, and for this reason, virtual, distance or remote education was implemented. This context demanded the implementation of actions from the directive management, summoning all the actors of the educational community to guarantee the continuity of the educational service. The objective was to explain the incidence of the directive management on the educational quality in times of pandemic due to COVID-19. The method used was the quantitative approach, of descriptive type, two instruments were constructed on the Likert scale, with 22 items each, which were applied to a sample of 84 principals, belonging to privately managed schools. According to the results of the Naglkerke statistical processing, using logistic regression, the hypotheses formulated were tested and it was concluded that there was an incidence of management in times of the COVID-19 pandemic.
