Abstract
Las comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje son reuniones de docentes, constituye una de las estrategias más importantes en el sector educativo donde se comparte experiencias, se reflexiona sobre el proceso pedagógico, se toman decisiones y como resultado mejora la práctica pedagógica del docente y el aprendizaje en los estudiantes. El presente artículo tuvo como objetivo describir los artículos científicos que existen en revistas indexadas sobre las comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje como una estrategia para mejorar las actividades, estrategias pedagógicas del docente. El método empleado fue una revisión sistemática de artículos publicados en los años del 2018 al 2020, en las bases de datos de Ebsco, Scopus y Gale onefile. Los artículos seleccionados enfatizan la importancia que tiene la reunión de los profesionales en un espacio bajo el liderazgo del directivo como líder pedagógico, para cambiar la enseñanza y aprendizaje de los pupilos. En conclusión, las comunidades profesionales de aprendizaje son estrategias muy valiosas, necesarias para transformar en los docentes la práctica pedagógica durante el desarrollo de formación del aprendizaje; es un espacio para reflexionar y tomar decisiones que deben mantenerse en el tiempo.
Professional learning communities are meetings of teachers, one of the most important strategies in the educational sector where experiences are shared, the pedagogical process is reflected upon, decisions are made and as a result the teacher's pedagogical practice and student learning are improved. The objective of this article was to describe the scientific articles that exist in indexed journals on professional learning communities as a strategy to improve the teacher's pedagogical activities and strategies. The method employed was a systematic review of articles published in the years from 2018 to 2020, in Ebsco, Scopus and Gale OneFile databases. The selected articles emphasize the importance of bringing professionals together in a space under the leadership of the manager as pedagogical leader, to change the teaching and learning of pupils. In conclusion, professional learning communities are very valuable strategies, necessary to transform teachers' pedagogical practice during the development of learning formation; it is a space to reflect and make decisions that must be maintained over time.
