Enseñanza y desarrollo personal

Abstract

Este artículo trata sobre la enseñanza y el desarrollo de la personalidad del sujeto. Se distancia de la concepción tradicional de enseñanza entendida como transmisión de conocimientos o como instrucción de conductas. Se plantea que la enseñanza es un proceso de creación, organización y disposición de condiciones pedagógicas, psicológicas, sociales, físicas y legales que facilitan el aprendizaje. Una enseñanza del desarrollo personal no requiere de métodos didácticos, sino de métodos formativos que medien la recreación de la organización y del sentido de desarrollo de la personalidad del sujeto.

This article tries on the teaching and the development of the fellow's personality. It is distanced of the traditional conception of teaching understood as transmission of knowledge or I eat instruction of behaviors. He/she thinks about that the teaching is a creation process, organization and disposition of pedagogic, psychological, social, physical and legal conditions that facilitate the learning. A teaching of the personal development doesn't require of didactic methods, but of formative methods that you/they mediate the recreation of the organization and of the sense of development of the fellow's personality.
