Perfil de personalidad de los voluntarios del G.V.S.B. - SAR según antigüedad en el grupo

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar el perfil general de estilos de personalidad del Grupo Voluntario de Salvamento Bolivia SAR; Compañía la Plata, a medida que aumenta la antigüedad de los miembros en este grupo de una población de 23 voluntarios, hombres y mujeres, de 18 a 35 años de edad, se aplicó, el Inventario de Estilos de Personalidad de Theodore Millon, que estructura 24 rasgos en 3 áreas principales: Metas motivacionales, modos cognitivos y conductas interpersonales. Posteriormente se relacionaron las variables obtenidas del MIPS, con los años de antigüedad subdivididos en cuatro indicadores de antigüedad en el grupo. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron responder a la pregunta de investigación, la cual manifestaba que los rasgos de personalidad se ven influenciados por la antigüedad del voluntario en el grupo SAR. La asociación de las variables, apoyó al desarrollo de conclusiones que coadyuven a un funcionamiento, saludable, grupal e individual de la población a la que va dirigida la investigación.

The present research aimed to identify the general profile of personality styles of the Voluntary Rescue Group Bolivia SAR; The La Plata Company, as the seniority of the members in this group of a population of 23 volunteers, men and women, from 18 to 35 years of age increase, it was applied the Theodore Millon Personality Styles Inventory, which structure 24 traits in 3 main areas: motivational goals, cognitive modes and interpersonal behaviors. Subsequently, the variables obtained from the MIPS were related with the years of seniority subdivided into four seniority indicators in the group. The results obtained allowed to answer the research question, which showed that the personality traits are influenced by the seniority of the volunteer in the SAR group. The association of variables supported the development of conclusions that contribute to a healthy, group and individual functioning of the population to which the research is directed.
