Abstract
Al influjo de fuerzas internas y externas, las universidades bolivianas han emprendido el camino del cambio. Todo indica que este cambio será diferente a los anteriores porque toca el modo de enseñanza, que había permanecido estable durante muchos años. La experiencia de transformación comenzó el año 2005 y la evaluación efectuada cuatro años después refleja aspectos importantes a tomar en cuenta para la continuidad del proceso. En este artículo se analizan las razones por las cuales el cambio, en algunos casos, avanza rápidamente y, en otros, se detiene o retrocede. Este análisis se basa en un marco referencial definido por Louis, R., 2008, que, a su vez, se apoya en Rogers, E.,1995.
Under internal and external forces, the Bolivian universities have begun to walk the road of change. Signs show that this change will be different from previous ones because it affects the way of teaching that had been fixed for a long time.The transformation experience started on 2005 and the evaluation done four years later shows aspects that have to be taken into account for the continuity of this process. This article analyzes the reasons why change, in some cases, moves forward, and in others, stops or moves back. This analysis is based on a referential framework defined by Louis (2008), which is based on Rogers (1995).
