Abstract
El presente estudio e investigación tiene como objetivo identificar el nivel de Clima Laboral en la empresa Perú Forus S.A., Lima, 2020. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo, transversal de tipo no probabilístico. La población encuestada fue tanto entre mujeres y varones con un total de 71 colaboradores, se utilizó la técnica donde se trabajó con tres dimensiones: relaciones, autorrealización y estabilidad/ cambio del clima laboral. Se aplicó el cuestionario Work Enviroment Scale (WES) de Moos para la recolección de la información, el cual consta de 90 preguntas con dos alternativas de respuesta verdadero (V) y Falso (F). Con base en este estudio, se determinó con la metodología realizada, que el nivel de clima laboral en la empresa Perú Forus S.A., Lima, 2020 se encuentra en un nivel malo 32.4%, regular 43.7% y bueno 23.9% lo que nos lleva a definir el clima laboral Malo-Regular 76.9% que nos lleva a recomendar a los directores de la empresa Perú Forus S.A deberán crear nuevos lineamientos que permitan mejorar el clima laboral en el personal.
