This research evaluates the quality of a wind turbine design project using a House of Quality (HoQ) with uncertainties. The Verification and Validation (V&V) model encompasses the entire design trajectory, facilitating the structuring of the HoQ. It elucidates aspects of blade and generator design, manufacturing procedures, and laboratory tests. This paper explores a scenario where the Quality Features (QFs) within the HoQ follow a Gaussian distribution. Analytical solutions for adjusted relative weights of Engineering Characteristics (ECs) are obtained through traditional and calibrated Delta methods. Monte Carlo (MC) simulations demonstrate that this scenario results in normally distributed weights for the ECs. When compared to the traditional Delta method, the analytical solution obtained using the calibrated method aligns more closely with numerical solutions. Furthermore, mean value analyses from the HoQ advocate for prioritising enhancements in generator design to reach optimal design quality. This investigation expands upon the conventional HoQ by incorporating uncertainties, thereby significantly enriching the quality quantification framework for wind turbine design.
