dc.description.abstractThis Guided work focuses on developing an interactive digital learning resource in English language for the final English course for Tourism students at UMSA, concentrating on the practical language skills needed in a hotel reception. The aim is to improve students' listening and speaking skills, equipping them to perform tasks like handling guest inquiries, managing check-ins and check-outs, making reservations and addressing to guest requests. Based on the English for Specific Purposes (ESP) approach, particularly within hospitality, the resource uses multimedia elements such as audio and video simulations to immerse students in realistic hotel reception scenarios. Each module is designed to progressively develop communication skills through practical exercises. The resource is divided into five sections covering front desk communication, room reservations, check-in, guest requests, and check-out procedures, and includes a glossary of hotel reception terminology.es
