| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio, de carácter exploratorio con una muestra de 77 participantes, tuvo como objetivo estimar asociaciones preliminares entre seis constructos derivados del modelo SCOR y dos percepciones organizacionales en el personal logístico de empresas en Costa Rica. Se empleo un diseño cuantitativo, no experimental y transversal. Las variables dependientes (Clima Laboral y Balance Vida-Trabajo percibido) y las independientes (dimensiones SCOR) se midieron en una escala Likert de 5 puntos. Todas las dimensiones SCOR mostraron asociaciones positivas y significativas con el clima laboral y el balance vida-trabajo percibidos, destacando "Entregar", "Planificar" y "Abastecer" como las más vinculadas. Se concluye que, al fortalecer dichas dimensiones, se puede mejorar el clima y el balance vida-trabajo. Dado el diseño y el tamaño muestral, los hallazgos deben interpretarse como indicativos, no identifican causalidad y son sujetos a confirmación en estudios con mayor robustez estadística para validar estas asociaciones. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | This exploratory study, based on a sample of 77 logistics workers in Costa Rican companies, aimed to estimate preliminary associations between six constructs derived from the SCOR model and two organizational perceptions: work climate (CLP) and perceived work-life balance (WLB-P). A quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional design was employed, using a 5-point Likert scale. All SCOR dimensions showed positive and significant associations with CLP and WLB-P, with "Deliver," "Plan," and "Source" being the most strongly linked. Findings suggest that strengthening these dimensions may enhance organizational climate and work-life balance. However, due to the study's design and sample size, results should be interpreted as indicative rather than causal and require confirmation through future research with greater statistical robustness. | en |
