Abstract
El estudio examina la relación entre la calidad del servicio educativo y el gasto público en el ámbito rural de la Región Moquegua. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo hipotético-deductivo con un diseño descriptivo correlacional. La muestra incluyó a 105 colaboradores, entre maestros rurales y personal administrativo. Se recolectaron datos mediante encuestas utilizando dos cuestionarios Likert. Los resultados indicaron una correlación significativa (R=0.933) entre la calidad del servicio educativo y el gasto público, destacando una correspondencia positiva entre ambas variables. Se concluyó que una mayor inversión pública se relaciona con una mejor calidad educativa en las zonas rurales de la región. Estos hallazgos resaltan la importancia de políticas que promuevan una inversión adecuada en educación para mejorar el acceso y la calidad educativa en estas comunidades.
The study examines the relationship between the quality of educational service and public spending in rural areas of the Moquegua Region. A quantitative hypothetico-deductive approach with a descriptive correlational design was used. The sample included 105 collaborators, including rural teachers and administrative personnel. Data were collected through surveys using two Likert questionnaires. The results indicated a significant correlation (R=0.933) between the quality of educational service and public expenditure, highlighting a positive correspondence between both variables. It was concluded that greater public investment is related to better educational quality in rural areas of the region. These findings highlight the importance of policies that promote adequate investment in education to improve educational access and quality in these communities.
