Results: according to the study and monitoring of the cases it was found that the technique of vertebroplasty with hydroxyapatite promotes the development and treatment of patients with vertebral fracture, reducing their symptoms and ensuring the stability of the patient. Conclusions: the technique of vertebroplasty with hydroxyapatite is an important contribution to vertebral fracture cases in which they quickly resolved indication, hydroxyapatite is a natural phosphate bone tissue which ensures in many cases bone reformation facilitating patient outcomes.
