Abstract
Las antiguas explotaciones de "tufa", que antaño sirvieron para construir grandiosos castillos a las orillas del río Loira y del Cher, adquieren una nueva vida al ser reconvertidas en centros de producción de setas, cavas para almacenar y degustar vino, centros artesanos que custodian el arte de tallar la piedra, oír música, hospedarse o pedalear por el interior de las galerías subterráneas.
