Abstract

RESUMEN: Uno de los aspectos más destacados de la Ley de Contrato de Seguro es la protección del asegurado. Con este motivo dedica una especial atención a que el asegurado conozca la existencia y el contenido de las condiciones generales que regirán el contrato de seguro, que, en ningún caso, podrán ser lesivas para el asegurado. En este trabajo se estudia el régimen de dichas condiciones establecido en el artículo tercero de la Ley

ABSTRACT: One of the highlights of the Insurance Contract Act is the protection of the insured. For this reason, it devotes special attention to make sure that the insured knows the existence and content of the general conditions governing the insurance contract, which by no means, may be harmful to the insured.This paper addresses the study the regulation of these clauses established in the third article of the Act.
