| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: Existe "conocimiento efectivo" en atención a dos razones; en primer lugar, porque si bien no podía filtrar a priori la información que a través de sus foros de internet se incorporaba, contaba en su página web con sistemas de control, detección o moderación de su contenido, y, en segundo lugar, se trataba de una intromisión notoria en el derecho al honor. Además, la entidad demandada no actuó con diligencia para retirar los datos o impedir el acceso a ellos. | es |
