The instrument parameters are optimized for determination of lead content of less than 50μg/g in TSP by FAAS,including the analysis line, lamp current, slit width, combustion height, acetylene flow,V(C_2H_2)/V(Air).After the optimization, the standard deviation of lead determination is less than 4 mg/kg,both the stability and accuracy of determination are improved.
