Nowadays, the in-depth knowledge of the multifunctionality of the different cellular elements and elements of the extracellular matrix in the skin, lead us to understand what kind of activity we must establish in the different constituent layers of this organ in order to restore different functions and characteristics that maintain the integrity and contribute to the processes that can contribute to reduce the signs of skin aging. It bases its principles on reconformation of the connective tissue constituent of the fascia, in the superficial tissue "retinacula cutis", can be a great alternative to harmonize the balance of forces in the tissues that confer as consequences improvements in the alterations that occur as elements of aging and are visible signs of it. A prospective evaluation for the assessment of the technique for which 56 patients were recruited, 42 females and 14 males, aged between 45 and 75 years, without important antecedents of systemic or dermatological pathologies, who had not performed aesthetic procedures in the last 6 months and did not refer antecedents of application of non resorbable fillers at facial level at any time. The administration under an algorithmic system seeks to establish recovery systems in the areas that provide the greatest contraction and support of the tissue and thus contribute to the beneficial effects. An open door remains to continue experimenting with the proposed form of application to advance in the demonstration of the possible changes experienced in this first series of patients.
