Abstract

El Derecho no es sólo un mero conjunto de normas, sino que es un sistema que da respuesta a los problemas que se suscitan en cualquier sociedad y requiere, además, que la solución que se de a ese problema concreto sea la que consideremos justa. Se introduce así una herramienta teleológica que está en general ausente en la enseñanza del Derecho. | Law is not only a mere set of rules, but it is a system that responds to the problems that arise in any society and also requires that the solution to that specific problem be the one we consider fair. Thus, a teleological tool is introduced that is generally absent in the teaching of Law.
