| dc.description.abstract | El compromiso organizacional emerge como eje estratégico para fortalecer el capital humano mediante la gestión de riesgos y la capacitación laboral en la industria constructora. La investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre el compromiso organizacional, la gestión de riesgos y la formación laboral en el personal operativo de empresas constructoras de Lima durante el año 2025. Se trabajó un enfoque cuantitativo, aplicada y correlacional que analiza la relación entre compromiso organizacional, riesgos y formación laboral en operarios de construcción. La muestra estuvo conformada por 250 operarios de distintas empresas constructoras. Los resultados destacan un predominó el compromiso medio (62%), seguido del alto (28%). La gestión de riesgos y la formación laboral mostraron niveles medios y asociaciones significativas con el compromiso organizacional, que evidenció mayor capacidad predictiva sobre la formación laboral (R² = 0,62). Se concluye que el compromiso organizacional incide estratégicamente en riesgos laborales y formación del personal operativo. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | Organizational commitment emerges as a strategic objective to strengthen human capital through risk management and labor training in the construction industry. The investigation aims to analyze the relationship between organizational commitment, risk management and labor training in the operational personnel of construction companies in Lima during the year 2025. A quantitative, applied and correlational approach is used that analyzes the relationship between organizational commitment, risks and labor training in construction workers. The sample was made up of 250 workers from different construction companies. The results highlight a predominance of medium commitment (62%), followed by high commitment (28%). Risk management and job training showed average levels and significant associations with organizational commitment, which showed greater predictive capacity for job training (R² = 0.62). It is concluded that the organizational commitment has a strategic impact on labor risks and training of operational personnel. | en |
