Abstract
The jurisprudential analysis of the jurisdictional conflicts, promoted to the Plurinational Constitutional Court, is elucidated in jurisdictional rulings to a particular Jurisdiction, resolving a conflictive situation to continue with the processing and resolution of the process; however, the line of the Constitutional Court is reflected in the compliance or not of the arts. 8 and 10 of the Jurisdictional Demarcation Law evidencing that recognizing legal pluralism in Bolivia affects the pertinence of arts. 115.II and 410 of the Political Constitution of the State.
