| dc.description.abstract | La fístula traqueoesofágica es una malformación congénita cuya incidencia es de 1 en 3000 nacidos vivos, donde el pronóstico depende principalmente de la variedad de presentación y un diagnóstico precoz. Se presenta el caso de un niño de 6 años con diagnóstico tardío de fístula traqueosofágica congénita y que fue sometido a reparación quirúrgica guiada por broncoscopía con canulación de la fístula y evolución favorable. | es |
