Educación ambiental y manejo eficiente de los recursos de una institución educativa de San Juan de Lurigancho - Lima

Abstract

Es importante que los ciudadanos tengan conocimientos acerca del uso racional de los recursos naturales y el cuidado del medioambiente de manera que se pueda lograr un desarrollo sostenible. El estudio tuvo como objetivo demostrar la relación entre la educación ambiental y el manejo eficiente de los recursos en una institución educativa. El enfoque del estudio fue cuantitativo, bajo el análisis hipotético deductivo de tipo correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 110 estudiantes, la técnica utilizada para ambas variables fue la encuesta, ambos instrumentos fueron validados por juicio de expertos, bajo la confiabilidad del alfa de Cronbach obteniendo 0,773 para la variable educación ambiental y 0,729 para la variable manejo eficiente de los recursos, por lo que ambos valores que presentaron una alta confiabilidad. Según los resultados el coeficiente de correlación es de 0,845 y la significancia de p= 0.000, por lo que se concluyó que la educación ambiental y el manejo eficiente de los recursos por parte de los alumnos presentan una relación significativa.

It is important that citizens have knowledge about the rational use of natural resources and care of the environment so that sustainable development can be achieved. The objective of this study was to demonstrate the relationship between environmental education and the efficient management of resources in an educational institution. The approach of the study was quantitative, under the hypothetical deductive analysis of correlational type. The population consisted of 110 students, the technique used for both variables was the survey, both instruments were validated by expert judgment, under the reliability of Cronbach's alpha obtaining 0.773 for the environmental education variable and 0.729 for the efficient management of resources variable, so that both values presented a high reliability. According to the results, the correlation coefficient is 0.845 and the significance of p= 0.000, so it was concluded that environmental education and the efficient management of resources by students have a significant relationship.
