The objective of this article is to analyze the Methodology of Organizational Studies, in order to determine the new epistemological and methodological positions. The applied methodology is qualitative, and must establish a correlation between the questions, the epistemic foundations, the information collected, the results and the conclusions, since all the phases of the process are interconnected in a sequential and systemic way. The epistemological foundations in Organizational Studies determine the methodology to be followed, that is, the set of methods that allow analyzing the information and obtaining the results of the investigation, in order to conclude and generate the theory of the case. Final Reflections: The choice of methodology depends on the researcher’s expertise, experience and experience, and for this, he must know the nature, characteristics, ontology, and epistemological bases of the subject to be investigated, which must coincide with the epistemic foundation, and this in turn, determines the ad hoc methodology, which must be applied for the specific case, given that each organization is unique, and has specific needs, according to its social, economic, political and cultural environment, since neither the context, nor the organizations, nor the human resources that make them up, remain the same, over time.
