dc.description.abstractThis document sought to answer the following question: what are the effects of Covid-19 on the Ecuadorian labor market from the perception of workers? To do this, the study methodology was mixed and combined qualitative and quantitative elements, using a survey of workers to find out their perceptions of the labor market one year after the start of the pandemic. Among the main results, it was found that the Ecuadorian labor market has been strongly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, with effects on the reduction of workers and wages, where public policies have been very limited
