dc.description.abstractThe general objective: Identify the investigative competences that university teachers promote in their didactic action. With a quantitative approach, descriptive type, its field design –not experimental, had as population 52 teachers of the subjects: research methodology, techniques of studies and degree work in different faculties of the ULA, the sample was 37 professors. For the data collection it handled the technique of survey and as a tool a questionnaire constituted for 28 items with Likert scale. Among the most significant results: the didactic action promotes responsibility when making any furthermore, teachers tend to link research with communities impregnating it with a social humanist vision.
