Abstract
Resumen: La entrada en vigor del Real Decreto 1065/2015 ha revolucionado en el primer trimestre de 2016 la vida diaria de todos los operadores del Derecho que mantienen relaciones con la Administración de justicia. Una apresurada implantación de un sistema complejo que ha suscitado muchas cuestiones que en este trabajo queremos poner de relieve.
Abstract: The entry into force of the Royal Decree-law 1065/2015 has revolutionized daily life in the fields of Lawyers and justice system in the first quarter of 2016.We must use this law in a hurry and this is causing practical problems that we want to emphasise in this paper.
