Abstract

This article, published resumed earlier in this yearbook is an excursus that analyzes possibilities of substantiation of rights from philosophy; It emphasizes the obstacles that this entails, especially from the shrinking of the comprehensive horizon (crisis of meaning) of modernity, incardinated in disciplinary specialization and lack of apprehensive communication and comprehensive of their contributions, for which it uses the analytical method critical.
