El empowerment como oportunidad para mejorar el desempeño de la empresa

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue realizar una revisión teórica sobre el empowerment como oportunidad para mejorar el desempeño por medio del desarrollo de un modelo teórico y sus dimensiones: cambios de actitud y crecimiento organizacional, por otro lado, se describió el origen del empowerment que permitió explicar la importancia del empowerment en el desempeño. Esta presente investigación es descriptiva y de tipo documental, basándose en revisiones relacionados al tema abarcando al empowerment dentro de las empresas en relación con el desempeño, de las cuales fueron conseguidas de fuentes de información primarias y secundarias, de por medio: artículos científicos en portugués, español, inglés y libros. El trabajo de investigación llegó a la conclusión que sería necesario la aplicación del empowerment dentro de la organización, ya que actúa como un fortalecimiento y un potenciador para lograr el mejor desempeño

The objective of this research work was to conduct a theoretical review on empowerment as an opportunity to improve performance through the development of a theoretical model and its dimensions: attitude chang-es and organizational growth, on the other hand, the origin of empowerment was described, which allowed explaining the importance of empowerment in performance. This research is descriptive and documentary type, based on reviews related to the topic covering empowerment within companies in relation to performance, which were obtained from primary and secondary sources of information: scientific articles in Portuguese, Spanish, English and books. The research work concluded that it would be necessary the application of empowerment within the organization, since it acts as a strengthening and an enhancer to achieve the best performance
