Descripción del Síndrome de Alienación Parental en Internos del Penal de San Pedro

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo describir las características del Síndrome de Alienación Parental S.A.P en hombres privados de libertad con comportamiento violento del Recinto Penitenciario San Pedro de La Paz-Bolivia, teniendo en cuenta la relevancia social, psicológica y jurídica actual que gira en torno al S.A.P y la creciente violencia en la sociedad. La metodología utilizada fue no experimental descriptiva transeccional utilizando las pruebas ZICAP y PPAS para la determinación de la existencia y características del S.A.P. Se determinó la presencia de S.A.P en 81% de los participantes, probando que este puede ser uno de los factores en el desarrollo de conductas violentas

The present research aims to describe the characteristics of Parental Alienation Syndrome P.A.S in men deprived of liberty with violent behavior of the San Pedro Penitentiary of La Paz-Bolivia, considering the current social, psychological and legal relevance that revolves around the P.A.S and the growing violence in society. The methodology used was non-experimental descriptive transectional using the ZICAP and PPAS tests for the determination of the existence and characteristics of the P.A.S. The presence of P.A.S was determined in 81% of the participan ts, proving that this may be one of the factors in the development of violent behaviors
