¿Inteligencia artificial un fenómeno socioeconómico? Despido del trabajador por automatización empresarial

Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo es describir e interpretar la Inteligencia artificial (IA) en relación al despido de los trabajadores debido a la automatización de las empresas con la IA. La investigación utilizo el enfoque cualitativo y diseño fenomenológico interpretativo. Se empleó la técnica de entrevista no estructurada y documental. Los resultados indican que los grupos empresariales y empresas de mayor poder económico están introduciendo IA para mejorar sus operaciones; más su uso se hará más proficuo en los próximos años. Además, la legislación laboral peruana es insuficiente para normar la IA. De otro lado el Estado peruano ha expedido una propuesta de políticas de IA (2021), no obstante, el estudio considera estratégico que implemente y desarrolle políticas conjuntas en educación y trabajo en materia de IA para que el trabajador peruano se encuentre mejor predispuesto cuando su uso se haga extensivo

In addition, Peruvian labor legislation is insufficient to regulate AI.
