dc.description.abstractIn this work a methodology to evaluate the stress trajectory in drained and not drained tests and to determine the shearing strains produced when a sample is shear in a triaxial test is developed. This simple methodology takes in consideration the material volumetric deformation calculating the stains with the same equation of energy and in the definition of the plastic potential. In order to resolve the problem we use the Euler predictor-corrector method and finally we present its analytical solution.
