Calidad del servicio educativo en el cumplimiento de metas universitarias

Abstract
Las universidades públicas están sobrellevando la calidad de servicio educativo de manera ineficaz e ineficiente durante la pandemia en América Latina; por tanto, existe la necesidad de verificar si una adecuada gestión de la calidad del servicio educativo universitario lograría alcanzar el cumplimiento de las metas. El objetivo fue relacionar la calidad de servicio educativo en el cumplimiento de metas universitarias. El método fue abordado a través del enfoque cuantitativo y análisis descriptivo correlacional, realizado con 52 trabajadores universitarios encargados de la gestión de calidad. La técnica fue una encuesta y a través del procesamiento de datos se obtuvo que la calidad de servicio educativo se relaciona con el cumplimiento de metas universitarias. Las conclusiones fueron, que es necesario realizar acciones de sensibilización y que las metas, tienen que estar acorde a los nuevos cambios sociales, ocasionados por la pandemia y coyuntura; garantizando la calidad de servicio educativo.
