En un momento de polarización política y cultural de la sociedad boliviana, el racismo estructural de su historia se hace visible en el periodismo cultural y en la música como un recurso más de exclusión social. El discurso racial se reconfigura en función de los procesos históricos para dar lugar a formas más encubiertas y efectivas de discriminación.
In a time of political and cultural polarization of the Bolivian society, the structural racism of its history is made visible in the cultural journalism and in music like another resource of social exclusion. The racial speech is reconfigured based on the historical processes that give space to more concealed and effective forms of discrimination.
