Abstract
En este breve ensayo nos ocuparemos, primero, de la desmembración de la propiedad denominada usufructo. Segundo, queremos concentrarnos en el estudio del derecho de enfiteusis. Nos proponemos presentar una institución especial del derecho privado, que tiene referentes en el mundo y que podría ofrecernos diversas bondades en la regulación de intercambios económicos en el ámbito rural colombiano.
In this short essay, first, we want to study the limited right of usufruct. Second, we have concentrated on law of emphyteusis. We intend to introduce a special institution of private law, which appears to have references older in the world and which could offer us diverse benefits in the regulation of economic exchanges in Colombia's rural communities.
