Liderazgo transformacional en el uso de Google Workspace

Abstract
En los últimos años se ha empezado a optar por el estilo transformacional de liderazgo, caracterizado por la actitud y la empatía que tienen sus líderes. Por ello, el presente estudio mostró la percepción que tienen los docentes sobre el liderazgo transformacional que ejerce el Docente de un Aula de Innovación Pedagógica (DAIP) en los talleres de Google Workspace en una Institución Educativa del distrito de Villa El Salvador, Lima - Perú. Además, se empleó la metodología inductiva - fenomenológica, gracias a la que se interpretó la información obtenida por la aplicación de entrevistas. De esta manera, los resultados evidencian que la mayoría de los docentes manifiesta que el líder transformacional es empoderado, persuasivo, innovador, empático, motivador, etc. En conclusión, la buena actitud de un DAIP promueve la participación docente en talleres innovadores que mejoren el rol del maestro.
