dc.description.abstractWhen we can't realize the reimplantation because of technical difficulties, special cases are presented during transposition from the subclavian artery to the primitive carotid artery. In these cases, between primitive carotid artery and the subclavian artery and also the vertebral artery, Gore-tex's tubes were implanted with favourable results.
