Estereotipos lésbicos en personajes cinematográficos: Monster y Kids are allright

Abstract

En este trabajo, a partir de un análisis actancial, estructural y de recepción se evidencia la modificación de los estereotipos lésbicos en el cine y en el imaginario social de los receptores. La representación de la lesbiana como alguien masculino, tosco y/o excluido representado en la película Monster (2003) se ha modificado hacia un estereotipo más femenino, siendo representada por mujeres con igualdad de derechos en la película The Kids are all right (2010).

In this work, is evidenced how the lesbian stereotype and the social imaginary has changed trought the last years.The representation of the lesbian as masculine, rough and / or excluded person represented in the film The Monsters (2003) have been modified towards a more feminine stereotype, being represented by women with equal rights in the film The kids are all right (2010).
