Abstract
El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la calidad de servicio educativo durante la pandemia por el COVID-19 en educación superior. La metodología empleada en la elaboración de artículo, consistió en una revisión sistemática de trabajos de índole científica, a través de la base de datos Scopus ingresando los descriptores de la variable Educational service quality y la búsqueda se realizó por título del artículo, obteniéndose ciento dieciocho (118) resultados de documentos. los artículos revisados muestran que la calidad de servicio educativo está relacionada con la satisfacción de los estudiantes sobre todo en la seguridad y empatía. La calidad de servicio educativo en todos los niveles se encuentra relacionado significativamente con la satisfacción de los estudiantes, además en el contexto de la globalización, las instituciones educativas se ven afectadas por los procesos de internacionalización lo que conlleva a cambios estructurales a nivel gerencial y la necesidad de desarrollar nuevas estrategias para un desarrollo efectivo.
