Inspección laboral integral en Venezuela: las 7 perlas
Abstract
Employers in Venezuela must meet various job duties, fiscal, parafiscal, special contributions; diversified in various recent laws that many ignore. When visiting the company by one of authorized labor inspections officials, immediately the company’s employer is in an unsafe condition due to his legal ignorance. In the business argot it has been referred to these agencies as the 7 Plagues, giving it a negative connotation because many employers believe that they are trying to damage its business performance and not to verify the working conditions of workers and ensure the protection of their rights. This requires a documentary bibliographical research, using descriptive level work experience which allows to express the legal foundation that sustain labor inspections in Venezuela, classify, identify the main bodies authorized to conduct labor inspections and determine the selected inspection protocol. We conclude that the labor inspection has played an important role in our country but its scope has not been sufficient to provide all necessary to the working masses despite the efforts of the Venezuelan State, thus some suggestions are made for the effectiveness of the general inspection system.
