ANÁLISIS DEL PROCESO DE IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL BACHILLERATO TÉCNICO-HUMANÍSTICO EN LA EDUCACIÓN SECUNDARIA COMUNITARIA PRODUCTIVA DEL SUBSISTEMA DE EDUCACION REGULAR EN BOLIVIA

Abstract

El trabajo realizado es una revisión analítica de los avances y aportes de la implementación del Bachillerato Técnico Humanístico (BTH) en la Educación Secundaria Comunitaria Productiva del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia en el marco del mandato de la Ley N° 070 de la Educación "Avelino Siñani - Elizardo Pérez", para lo cual se realizó la sistematización de la información en base a la categorización a partir del empleo de métodos como el análisis de contenido y la síntesis para las inferencias de las reflexiones realizadas. Resultado de la identificación de aproximaciones teóricas sobre el tema, se concluye que, desde una posición crítica, el bachillerato técnico convenio y privadas es una respuesta a las necesidades e interés de los jóvenes para el desarrollo de habilidades técnicas como parte de su formación. Así mismo, el análisis de esta investigación permitió acercarse a la realidad que se desarrolla en respuesta al BTH y su impacto a nivel social.

This work involves an analytical review of the progress and contributions on the Technical Humanistic Baccalaureate (BTH) implementation, in the Productive Community Secondary Education of the Plurinational State of Bolivia within the framework of Education Law N° 070 "Avelino Siñani - Elizardo Pérez". In this review, the information was systematized based on categorization using methods as the content analysis and synthesis for inferences of the reflections previously made. As a result of the theoretical approaches identification on the subject, it is concluded that, from a critical position, the technical humanistic baccalaureate in public, agreement and private Educational Units is an appropriate response to the needs and interests of young people for the development of technical skills as part of their training. Likewise, the analysis of this research allowed us to get closer to the reality emerged as response to BTH and its impact at social level.
